Josh Helvie

I am the youngest of 9, originally from Logansport, IN where I graduated as a Logansport Berry in 1993. I attended Indiana University where I graduated with a BS in Finance from the Kelley School of Business in 1997. Married to my high school sweetheart, Camille, in 1998, we have 3 children Aiden age 21(Indiana University), Malia 18 (Senior) and Madelyn (14). As a family we enjoy traveling and spending time together.

Immediately after graduating from IU, I began my career with John Hancock. After 10 successful years there, I decided it was time to leave a captive agency and enter the world of being and Independent Investment Advisor with LPL Financial. To continually improve opportunities for my clients, I made the very exciting decision to bring my Indepenent practice to Vanderbilt FInancial Group due to there support, technology, and a home office staff that feels like Family.

In 2003-2004 I raced NHRA Prostock Motorcycles where I drove the world's fastest Kawasaki going from zero to 192mph in just 7 seconds.

Holding series 6, 63, 65, 24, 7, life and health licenses in numerous states, I am a Fiduciary and work as an Independent Investment Advisory Representative under Helvie Financial, a division of Vanderbilt Financial Group, based in Woodbury, NY.

In todays complex world, I spend the majority of my time with both Retirees and Pre-Retirees focused on portfolio and income management, as well as asset accumulation and protection.
